Dear Consumer Court,
I have ordered Xiaomi 4 lite smart Air Purifier with Remote Control (Alex & Google Home Enaabled, White) from Online Croma on 23rd October 2025, the delivery date was shown 28th October 2025 at the time of order now they are still showing same date on their website. I have raised the complaint on their website they are not responding to complaint. Kindly take legal action on croma retail center. And I have done advance payment for the product by credit card of INR 12,048.00.
