Amazon delivered a used broken Toshiba TV instead of TCL 55inch mini LED TV ordered ref order no - 403-4498201-6637157, logged complaint to Amazon customer service with pictures of damaged wrong product delivered. However Amazon customer service team's response was arrogant unprofessional and was not helpful. Whenever contacted they kept telling that an investigation has been raised and it will be completed by 19th May 2026, they refused to provide any complaint number. When contacted to their customer service again on 19th May to ask for the investigation status and resolution time they told that investigation is not completed and they can't provide resolution time, when requested I was connected to Ms Swapna from their escalation team who was really arrogant irresponsible and aggressive in her responses she even shouted at me and asked not to follow up with them regularly. She kept telling that I do not understand English and asked me to handover the call to other person in the family which sounded like she is saying I am mentally ill. I was really shocked with her response, it was really a very disturbing conversation which spoiled my day and I lost my peace of mind, I have to now think before calling Amazon customer service and they are not providing any update about the resolution to my complaint no call no email no message from Amazon on this issue. I really don't know how to deal with this issue, please help me get replacement for the product I ordered or a compansetion for not fulfilling the order and the delay and the mental disturbance they have caused to me and my family.
