I placed an order with Littlebox India and subsequently raised an exchange request on 15 April 2026 due to issues with the product. The company has sent me wrong size product ,i have bough S size .they send me XS size products
The company confirmed that my exchange request was approved on 22 April 2026. However, despite approval, no pickup has been arranged and no action has been taken till date.
It has now been more than 15 days since the request was raised, yet:
No delivery agent has come to pick up the product
No updates have been provided
Customer support via WhatsApp/chat is completely unresponsive
This clearly shows deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice on the part of the company.
