We have purchased LG Split AC 1.5 Ton, 3 star, invertor model from M/s Lakshmi Electronics, store located at Medavakkam, Chennai -600100. The AC unit was purchased on 31/05/2026 and we have called for installation on 09.09.2026 due to personal reasons we were out of station.
When we called the LG service team for installation, the service team informed us that the Outdoor unit is 5 star ratings and the Indoor unit is 3 star ratings, which is wrongly supplied and could not be installed, since it is a mismatch and the unit will not function.
We contacted the Lakshmi Electronics, from where we purchased, the store person is saying that it could not be replaced with right combination of indoor and outdoor units.
We escalated to LG India team to look into the issue and do the needful to resolve the issue. Even after several follow ups still the wrongly suppled unit was replaced
