Wrong Product Received & Refund Denied by Littlebox India

I placed an order (Order ID: #2149233) from Littlebox India and paid ₹854.05 via UPI. I received the wrong size (XS instead of M). I raised an exchange request (Exchange ID: #EXC135895) on April 11, 2026, which is still pending approval.
The company is not providing a refund to my original payment method and is forcing me to accept store credit, which is not acceptable. Additionally, their “Contact Us” support is not working (showing 402 error), making it difficult to resolve the issue.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request a full refund to my original payment method or immediate resolution.
