I am writing to formally complain about my recent order of a Hot Wheels car. I ordered a specific Hot Wheels model, but I received a completely different Hot Wheels car. This is not the product I ordered.
I requested a return/replacement immediately after receiving the wrong item, but my request was rejected. This is unfair because the mistake was not on my part. I paid for the product shown in the listing and expected to receive the same item.
I kindly request you to review my case again and approve my return or replacement. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
