I placed an order on Myntra for a Grey Calvin Klein Cotton T-shirt, but I received a Blue Denim Hat instead.
I immediately raised a return request on Saturday, 4 october, and despite multiple follow-ups through calls and chats, Myntra has failed to arrange a pickup or issue a refund even after six days.
On 8th October, their team informed me that my return request was “cancelled” and asked me to raise it again, which I did. Since then, every time I contact customer care, they repeatedly tell me to “wait 24 hours” — with no progress.
I also tried contacting senior executives but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes. No senior ever responded, and no callback was arranged.
This repeated delay violates Myntra’s 7-day return policy, and their negligence is now putting my legitimate return at risk.
