I am writing this to express my disappointment with the service I received from Swiggy. I placed an incorrect order from chicking on 13.02.2025, and credit card OTP auto filled and payment deducted from my credit card. I Realised the mistake and tried to cancel the order , but did not find any option for it. So I contacted customer support within two minutes but they said the order was prepared. After one hour they cancelled the order with 100% cancellation fee.
Actually The second order was placed correctly but a bad experience had happened to me and I was forced to cancel the second order. I am ready to pay if there is any cancellation charge for the second order.
