I WAS PURCHASED 1 CARRIER AC FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONICS DATED ON 11/04/2024.MY AC WAS NOT COOLED THE THE ROOM FROM LAST 2 MONTHS.I WAS BOOKED A PAID CALL SERVICE DATED ON 01/08/2025 THE TECHNICIAN VISIT AND INSPECT PRODUCT INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BOTH NO FAULT WAS FOUND.LATER HE OPENDED THE INDOOR AND FOUND THE NUT WAS LEAKAGE DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION AND WRAPPING.THEN I PRLIMINARY LAUNCH A GRIEVANCE TO CONSUMER FORUM HELPLINE DATED ON 08/08/2025.THEY GIVE ME AN ASSURANCE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM EARLIEST. BUT TILL DATE THEY DID NOT CONTACT OR SOLVED THE PROBLEM.I AM SEVERAL TIMES E-MAILED AND CONTACT THEM.BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED TILL DATE. THEY INFROM ME TO PAY THE GAS CHARGES.BUT IT WAS LEAKAGE DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATIONS.KINDLY REFUND THE INSTALLATION CHARGES OR REPLACE GAS WHICH IS CONVENIENCE FOR YOU. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL WITHIN 7- DAYS OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO THE COURT.THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ARE ENCLOSE WITH THIS
