I purchased a Surili Suit Set from Suhana Creation through online mode. However, upon delivery, I found that the wrong product was sent, and the product received was also torn/defective, making it completely unusable.
The product was delivered in a damaged condition, which indicates poor quality control and negligence in dispatch. Sending an incorrect as well as damaged product is unacceptable, especially after full payment.
The issue was noticed immediately after delivery. Such actions clearly amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.
This experience has caused me considerable inconvenience and disappointment.
Relief Sought:
I request the concerned authority to kindly take appropriate action against the seller and help me obtain a fair resolution at the earliest.
