I am Advocate Pulkit Atray, unfortunately purchased Livpure Touch Plus RO on 15th March (registered mobile number 9868821328),got it installed in few days after the purchased date. Firstly some silicon pipe was broken when I started using it. When I called the service team, they assured me that it will be replaced by the same day, but after several follow ups they replaced the broken pipe in 3 days. I must highlight this before you, the after sales services of livpure is pathetic. Not even a single person cooperation is there till now. In your application, it is showing my purchase date is 1st April 2022, whereas I purchased it this year 15th March 2026. It is showing machine is out of warranty. I mailed Livpure on 21st May 2026, and today around 1 PM I received a revert on my email stating that my issue has been resolved but it is not. My ticket number is 4779350441863. I am fed up with everyone. Customer care is not helping me out, service team is not responding, almost no one is cooperating with me. I spent more than 14000 on this useless machine.
Service team is the worst team I came accross till now.

Above mentioned duo, are from service team, who either gives false assurances or never answer calls.
In this peak summer, I am struggling for water. As the service team did not set the TDS of my machine, level of TDS is showing 15-16, which is not good for health, and I cannot call them as your application is showing my machine is out of warranty. They are denying to come to my place. Worst experience of my life. I need full refund with compensation from you , and surely I will take legal action against Livpure for mental harrasment and giving false assurances to me.
Looking forward for a prompt revert to resolve this issue sooner than soon.
