Hi, it’s been almost 5 days now I have been facing Wi-Fi issue escalated this on July 21st they have been saying that technician will visit but till now no one visited there is no proper response from the team they are only keeping my call on hold but no response ,, please take an action regarding this as soon as possible
I have contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I receive the same response that a technician will visit tomorrow. However, no technician has visited, and the issue remains unresolved.
There are even giving me false hopes and misleading the situation with other numbers, if i ask them the points correctly they are directly disconnecting the call or forwarding it to other teams and they are clearly not helping anything.
I don’t want this connection going forward o need my installation and my monthly payment back.
