I've ordered wrist watch priced rs 4039 from Flipkart (order no. : OD43769223724100) on 29th of May. I was unable to pick order on scheduled date due to some reasons and rescheduled delivery date to 2nd of june. On 2nd June I got call from delivery centre of ekart that their delivery boy is on leave so we can't deliver your order and you may collect it from ekart store till 2 pm else reschedule your order. I rescheduled my order again to 3rd June but again they gave same reason and it continued till 5th of June after that I cancelled order and asked for refund but today (14th june) my order is not cancelled, everyday status shows out for delivery, if I call delivery partner, he rejects call. Neither they're delivering my order nor they're processing my cancel request from last 10 days. Also I called customer care several times but everytime they only said We're processing your request and resolve it soon.
kindly request the Hon’ble Commission to:
1. Direct Flipkart to issue a formal apology for the inconvenience caused.
2. Impose a penalty for deficiency in service.
3. Direct Flipkart to improve its customer support accessibility for timely grievance redressal.
4. Award compensation of ₹10,000 for mental agony and inconvenience caused.
