Urgent Complaint – Order #OD437673722104484100 | AC Installation Not Done[OrderID OD437673722104484100]
Dear Flipkart Team,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding Order ID # OD437673722104484100 placed on 27/05/2026 for [Godrej 2026 Model 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split].[OrderID OD437673722104484100]
Issues:
1. Installation not done:Installation service was supposed to be provided on 31/05/2026 as per the order , which was cancelled without my consent nor any information was provided to me for installation cancelled . When I talked to the Flipkart customer care on 01/06/2026 for inquiry regarding installation they said That It has been cancelled by me..I have the chats for confirmation of installation with Jeeves which is installation service provider ,then on what basis they can say That I have cancelled the installation,then again they said installation will be done by 3rd June, no one came up agin, then I requested for return of the product , they again rejected the complaint and scheduled for installation on 4/05/2026 .i.e today . Since Morning I am getting calls for installation confirmation to which I even confirmed, and in the evening they agin rescheduled the installation for 08/06/2026 reason mentioned that it has been rescheduled by me..Am I stupid that It’s being so hot here ..and will purchase the AC and keep on reschedule the Installation again and again.it would have been better that I had purchased the AC from the store rather than ordering from Flipkart..biggest mistake done..
This has caused significant inconvenience during peak summer. I have already contacted support via chat/call on but no resolution
This is clear deficiency in service under section 2(11) of consumer protection act 2009.
I request full refund for mental harassment. Falling which, I will file a complaint on consumer helpline.gov.in and at district consumer commission.
