Subject: Grievance regarding drastically low internet speed and lack of technical support – JioFiber ID / Account No: [410687638544, if available] (Reference No: SR000035Y78AH)
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my JioFiber Wi-Fi connection.
I recently subscribed to your service and purchased a premium recharge plan that promises an internet speed of 300 Mbps. However, I am currently receiving an actual speed of only around 5 Mbps, which is far below the promised bandwidth I am paying for.
Due to this incredibly poor internet performance, I am facing significant inconvenience and disruptions during my daily internet-related activities and online services.
Key Issues:
Severe Speed Drop: Paying for 300 Mbps but receiving a mere 5 Mbps.
No Resolution: I have already contacted your customer service team and reported this issue, but no proper service or technical support has been provided so far.
My Request: I request an immediate resolution to this internet speed issue and proper technical support to ensure that the promised 300 Mbps speed is delivered to my connection without further delay.
