I am having a terrible experience with the purchase of this product. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, there has been no resolution. Your customer service center only pretends to address complaints online, but no actual work is being done on the ground. I am now hoping with great expectation that you, at least, will resolve this issue, since the customer service center is failing to do so. I have attached my order number and all the customer service interactions to this email. I request the senior officials who see this email to contact me. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the consumer court and also escalate this issue further on social media.
