Order for 2 product was placed on 14th Mar and I paid in full on the website of wonderchef. At the time of order it showed delivery within 7 days. After 7 days I didn't recieve the product so I called and the customer care told that item is out of stock and delivery will be late but no delivery date was mentioned. I also received email saying the same.
So u told to cancel the order on 21st Mar. Even after repeated requests through customer care calls and emails they didn't cancel the order and dispatched the item on 28th Mar and got delivered on 3rd April. I returned it as it was delivered to late

Since the day I retuenedthe products I constantly have been on email and calls with the customer care team for my refund. Both the products reached wonderchef facility which is in Maharashtra on 9th and 11th April.
Today is 23rd April and I still have not received my refund. The customer care don't have any answer. They are just telling wait for some time. Not giving proper date also when refund will be processed
