I placed order on website on 16/01/2026 of Order No SOL1160381. After followup on date 18/01/2026 company ne Tracking No show Kiya(Delhivery AWB no. 29044410679630) but Delhivery boy pickup k liye 18/01/26,19/01/26,20/01/26 ko pickup k liye gya to parcel ready nhi hone k karn pick failed status dikhaya... Fir maine email through ap delivery jaldi nhi de sakte to order cancel krne k liye bola to unhone kha order nikl chuka hai... But maine unhe screenshot bheja to unhone mera order 20/01/26 ko delhivery site pe order cancel by merchant show hua... Or abhi tak solara website pe order cancel ka koi bhi update na krte huye refund process ki nhi gyi...unse email aur WhatsApp PE contact kr rha hu to 7 to 10 din me refund ho jayega Aisa bol rhe...aur unse contact kru to koi bolta ki apka order delivered honga aur koi cancel ho gya kehta..

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
