I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher on April 30, 2025; from Flipkart (seller: OmniTechRetail)
It stopped working sometime in August, and after few days, I filed a complain with Whirlpool on 20th August 2025. The product is under warranty. But nothing happened.
After contacting the customer care multiple times, and sending emails; and threatening them that I'll go to court, my dishwasher was sent for servicing 12 days after registering my complain.
So, whenever I email the company, or message them on instagram or twitter, they will just say that they'll soon service my dishwasher.
After my incessant attempt of emailing them, On Sep23 2025, I was told that they are unable to repair the appliance, and will proceed with the refund.
As of Nov7 2025, neither the dishwasher is repaired, nor any refund is given.
I raised this issue on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ on Oct4 2025. Nothing happened.
Even sent an email to US Vice President JD Vance about my problem. Still, nothing happened.
One time, I was googling about my problem, and searched for the Flipkart seller OmniTechRetail, and these people don't have their email, or phone number anywhere. When I asked the Flipkart about the details of their seller, Flipkart denied giving me any contact information. On Google reviews, they have a rating of 1.3. Turns out they sell defective products all the time. Flipkart is allowing them to sell defective products on their platform.
Now, I've posted about my issue on social media accounts of Whirlpool:

So, I've lost both, my money (Rs.24,490), and the dishwasher. 
This is just fraud, plain FRAUD.
