I Had Purchased Western Digital My Passport 6TB Black - Portable Hard Drive But They are delivered 5 TB Harddrive and it's not working also, I was returned and they are return taken and not refunded my money so many Called Customer care
They said we can't solve your problem
 
No Packing is Good but product is not good
Because I had purchased 6tb but it's had 5tb and not working properly also
I had returned and they received also finally they said delivered item and return item not same product we can't help you it's not return and refund your money i had a recorded audio clip also
