On 14 Feburary 2026 I had ordered a ps5 slim model 1 tb 10-12 months sony brand warranty on 20th February 2026 I got the product I personally went to the DTDC office and unboxed it and ofcourse I made full video the incharge was also there and the model which unboxify sent me was a old model fat version and also without warranty model it was a scam I later on informed the brand but they rejected the return request stating that they had sent the right version i would have taken this action if they accept there fault but they didn't accept so can you please help me I have all the prove and evidence
