Dear Sir,
I have done waterproofing solution for my sisters house on 26/01/2022 from ROOFTECH based in Atholi, Calicut with a warranty period of 12 years. Unfortunately there was leakage and complaints just after one year of work completion and we tried to contact Mr. Hariprasad - 9846654456 (Manager - Rooftech) to rectify the issue. But the manager was giving us false promise by saying he will come on a particular date and later he will say different date and he never came till date. About one month ago he told me that he can't fix the issue because he has no manpower and his company shut down instead he offered me a refund of 1,00,000 where in my total bill for the service was 1,55,000. I agreed to his refund amount and promised me that he will refund the amount before APR 15. Untill today, I have received 38000 from him and he is not responding to calls or messages since 2 weeks. So I would like to register a complaint against him and requesting you to settle my full amount (ie, 1,55,000) from him. Here with attaching the relevant documents for your reference.
Please let me know if any additional procedures in order to complete this request.
