I, Jitendra P. Mashruwala (Mobile: 9377344136), residing at 3/2021, Sidhi Sheri, Salabatpura, Surat, Gujarat, would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding two washing machines purchased from your authorized dealer.
On 17/06/2025, I purchased two washing machines of the same model (Model No: HAIER HWM90-H688BK:NOIDA, manufactured by Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd.) from VIRAT SALES, Shop No. 5, Mezzanine Floor, Building-A, LB Apartment, Ring Road, Surat, through Mr. Sunnybhai (Mobile: 8000610007). The invoice numbers for the same are RR/2526/00913 and RR/2526/00907.
From the very beginning, both machines have exhibited the same defect. After washing, dirt and lint remain stuck to the clothes, causing even new garments to appear soiled and unclean. This defeats the basic purpose of the appliance.
We have lodged multiple complaints regarding this issue. Although technicians have visited on several occasions, the problem has not been resolved. Subsequently, one of the machines was replaced with another unit of the same model (with a higher capacity of 10 kg instead of 9 kg) and additional charge of Rs. 1490, as per company policy, instead of a refund. However, the replaced machine continues to show the same issue.
Despite repeated efforts, the problem remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
In view of the above, I request you to kindly arrange for a replacement of the defective machines with washing machines from a different and reliable brand, or alternatively, provide a full refund of the purchase amount at the earliest.
