I placed an order with Wakefit on 19th April. The promised delivery date was 3rd May. Today is 10th July, and the product is still not delivered despite full upfront payment.

- 3rd May – Original promised delivery date
- 12th May – First rescheduled date
- 23rd June – Second rescheduled date
- 11th July – Third rescheduled date
- 16th July – Current promised delivery date
On 1st July, a Wakefit executive told me:
No one followed up.Please give me 48 hours, I’ll personally check with the backend team and get this resolved.
On 9th July, another agent told me:
When I asked for proof of dispatch, the response I received was:The order will be docketed by 16th July.
We can’t share that, you just have to trust me.
This is unacceptable. There has been:
- Repeated false confirmations
- No tracking or dispatch proof
- No follow-up or accountability
- Copy-paste "please wait 24–48h" replies
- Mental stress caused by ongoing uncertainty and mismanagement
What I seek:
- Confirmed delivery with actual tracking details
- Formal written and public apology from Wakefit
- Compensation for mental stress under the Consumer Protection Act
- Support from this forum to help me file a legal complaint on e-Jagriti
