Wakefit – Order Not Delivered Even After almost 3 Months | Repeated False Promises, Mental Harassment

I placed an order with Wakefit on 19th April. The promised delivery date was 3rd May. Today is 10th July, and the product is still not delivered despite full upfront payment.

Here is the timeline of repeated delays:
  • 3rd May – Original promised delivery date
  • 12th May – First rescheduled date
  • 23rd June – Second rescheduled date
  • 11th July – Third rescheduled date
  • 16th July – Current promised delivery date
Between 5th and 11th June, I was contacted repeatedly by Wakefit via WhatsApp asking if I would be available for delivery the next day. I confirmed "Yes" every single time, but no delivery happened. I have proof of these confirmations.

On 1st July, a Wakefit executive told me:
Please give me 48 hours, I’ll personally check with the backend team and get this resolved.
No one followed up.

On 9th July, another agent told me:
The order will be docketed by 16th July.
When I asked for proof of dispatch, the response I received was:
We can’t share that, you just have to trust me.

This is unacceptable. There has been:
  • Repeated false confirmations
  • No tracking or dispatch proof
  • No follow-up or accountability
  • Copy-paste "please wait 24–48h" replies
  • Mental stress caused by ongoing uncertainty and mismanagement

What I seek:
  • Confirmed delivery with actual tracking details
  • Formal written and public apology from Wakefit
  • Compensation for mental stress under the Consumer Protection Act
  • Support from this forum to help me file a legal complaint on e-Jagriti

  • Order screenshot (They don't share an invoice until the order is delivered)

  • WhatsApp conversation confirming delivery availability

Process to File a Consumer Complaint Online:​

You can file the case through the online e-Jagriti portal: e-jagriti Platform: Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution, Government of India

To initiate your complaint, the following documents need to be submitted:
  1. Index – A list of all enclosures/documents attached.
  2. Memo of Parties – Details of the complainant(s) and respondent(s).
  3. Affidavit – A sworn statement verifying the contents of the complaint.
  4. List of Events / Chronology – A timeline of key events related to the issue.
  5. Supporting Documents – Invoices, receipts, communication proofs, warranty cards, etc.


Tamil Nadu - Dharmapuri - M/s.Wakefit Innovations Pvt.Ltd., V/S M/s.Vignesh Venkat

Wakefit to pay Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony along with cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainants within one month from the date of this order, failing which the compensation amount shall carry interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from the date of this order till realization.
