The consumer had taken a holiday package from a travel company in which the offer which was told to him was not given to him and be is also being charged AMC charged on the booking but he was not told at the time of taking the holiday for breakfast which was included in the package the consumer s package should be cancelled and the full amount should be Refunded.

We have already created case for Mr. Sunil Meena, waiting for their reply on WhatsApp for the copy of addhar card and any payment receipt.

How can we check the status of the case? Could you provide the case number to search e-jagriti. We are working on a report against such comopanies. All help is deeply appreciated. Thank you.

My experience is very bad with W International Holiday Pvt. They asked to raise the hotel booking request before 1 month. I did the same. Now, after wasting 2-3 days, they are saying all options are sold out. I checked online, and hotel rooms are available, but not available for W International Holiday Pvt. Ltd. On asking, they told me to change my vacation date. Do not fall into the trap of such scams. I am waiting for their reply; otherwise, I will file a complaint against them. Please assist me as we have already paid Rs 1,10,000 and have not received a refund.

This is very common reply from the company, we suggest all members to file a Consumer Case and also form a group to file a criminal case against them.
