The consumer had taken a holiday package from a travel company in which the offer which was told to him was not given to him and be is also being charged AMC charged on the booking but he was not told at the time of taking the holiday for breakfast which was included in the package the consumer s package should be cancelled and the full amount should be Refunded.

Just wanted to check on the progress of your complaint that you have raised, have you got the refund and case closed from the consumer court side or it is still pending.

Can anyone here please confirm whether they have filed a case against W International Holidays and actually received a refund? Also, if anyone has already filed through Consumer Court/e-Jagriti or with the help of an advocate, kindly guide me about the process.
