My Voltas split AC is still not cooling properly even after repair.
Complaint was registered on 17 April 2026 under Request No. 26041755781. After many follow-ups, a technician visited and did coil replacement and gas charging, but the AC is still not cooling.
I was told that the outdoor unit also needs servicing/cleaning, but this has still not been completed.
The main issue is that the service centre is not responding properly. Their number is often unreachable, and calls are usually not answered. This is happening despite the fact that:
