Visit your nearest police station and lodge a Criminal Complaint/FIR against the company director (bring copies of the evidence).

Current Directors & Key Managerial Personnel of VISTARAVO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE SERVICES
  • DIN: 09532031 YOHAAN BHARATKUMAR VARMA Director
  • DIN: 10497166 KAMLESH MADHUKAR SHINDE Additional Director
  • DIN: 10497172 AVINASH BABASAHEB BHALERAO Additional Director

If the police refuse to register an FIR, contact a Criminal Lawyer near you and ask them to file an application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC in the Magistrate’s court to direct the police to investigate and register an FIR against them.

Stay safe and act quickly.

Quick legal notes (short)

Section 156(3) CrPC lets a Magistrate order a police investigation when the police have not acted — it’s commonly used when police refuse to register an FIR.

Practical steps: preserve evidence, lodge complaint at the local police station under Section 154 CrPC (information to police), and if police refuse, approach a Magistrate through a lawyer seeking an order under Section 156(3).

Courts have placed procedural limits and issued guidance about use/misuse of 156(3); a lawyer can advise the strongest route based on your exact facts.

For any help and suggestion, feel free to contact us.
Thanks
