I have purchased vision world TV from AMAZON. but receive damaged. I have book complaint against damage TV in amazon customer care and vision world customer care. but still not resolve my issue.
TV warranty is 18 months and I have sent mail also call to technical person and he said we will arrange the person with in 48 to 72 hours.
But still no one is coming for TV and not given proper ans to us.
