I purchased a product from vibecrafts worth 31k and received it today from delhivery app.
The product came to me in multiple pieces. Broken and damaged. The delhivery app showed damaged and return to vendor.
But the vendor still asked them to deliver. And now nobody is answering or refunding or arranging for pickup.
