I ordered a centre table from vibecraft on 21/5/26 and it was a prepaid purchase.
When I received the goods on opening I found it defective and the damaged. The polish was in a bad condition no finishing on the product. As per their policy as raised a complain on email along with pictures for return pick up and refund.
Its been 3 months we have exchanged 37 emails but yet the return pick up or the refund has not been initiated nor till date I have received a call from the brand to solve the problem. I.would not recommend this site for purchase it's a fraudulent company with zero customer service. There is no customer service number for the company only chat and email.
