Ordered a lamp from Vibrcraft for RS 7500 and delivered on June 27th. It was damaged and i immediately contacted them on the email, whatsapp and instagram. They assured me that they will pick up but despite multiple emails ans whatsapp followup they have neither picked up nor refunded my money

We understand that the Vibecrafts has not responded to your emails , whatsapp and insta messages, despite you having already shared all the necessary documents.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Vibecrafts, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and issue the refund or replacement of the "Golden straight floorlamp".

Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
