I am Recharging my VI sim number of ₹349 for 28 days unlimited calls 1.5GB data per day on 19 June 2026 and my recharge end on 16 July 2026 one day i am using data for my study then my data pack is over for one day than a message come from vi care in which write ‘your daily data pack is over’ Buy data pack or dial *111# and get 1GB data for 1 day until 11:59 p.m. than i will call dial on *111# for taking data for 1 day and They should have deducted only one day from my recharge plan, but instead they deducted two days. As a result, my recharge, which was supposed to expire on 16 July, was ended on 14 July. Please take strict action on this, as this is not just my problem—it affects every telecom consumer.
