Worst product . not turning on . Even amazon is not ready to replace and return this product . I have ordered on 10th June 2026 . Product delivered within 2 days . Installation engineer came on 18th June 2026 .CPU is not turning on. Installation engineer adviced to return this product . called amazon helpline . amazon executive scheduled the return pickup for 20th June , 20th June return pickup re- scheduled for 22nd June without my consent . 22nd June return pickup again re scheduled for 23rd June without my concent . 23rd June again rescheduled to 26th June. whenever I call amazon helpdesk number asking for the reason there behaviour is very rude . and most of them are using slangs . saying " call tomorrow , we will see what can I do for you . " ," no you are lying , you have only changed the schedule " kind of words. Order number :- Order Number: 404-2672839-0707549 . Please look into the matter ASAP.
