I have ordered a saree from Varunikacollections/valliweaves instagram accounts and after one month of order received wrong saree and when i mentioned about the wrong item been delivered there is no response for 2 weeks and when i tried to teach through comment section on one of their post they came back responding to the comment once sold cannot be returned or exchanged and they completely blocked me from their pages. Again somehow i tried to contact from my husband number they responded and not ready to accept the saree is different and says only small difference when asked for exchange or refund they didnt agree and in return she is warning me saying pressuring will be considered as harassment and action will be taken. Here i dont understand that i am waiting from more than 3 weeks now to resolve and how will be considered as harassment. Now there is no way i can reach them to solve my issue. I paid 8500 for the saree i purchase from @varunikacollections / @valliweaves
