The delivery person called me when he arrived in front of my house. I informed him that I was working from the office and requested him to deliver the order at my home, as my home is only about five minutes away from the library.
However, he refused to deliver the order and behaved very rudely and disrespectfully with me. He told me, “Cancel the order if you want. You will not get your money back. You will get nothing. Do whatever you want.” He also said, “Complain wherever you can.”
He neither delivered my order nor provided any proper explanation. He simply left with the order.
I am extremely disappointed with this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action against the delivery person.
