Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Love Fund Loan, Excessive Interest Charges, Unauthorised/Disputed Recovery Practices and Harassment

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a loan allegedly associated with the Love Fund loan application and the recovery of an amount of ₹10,800 through/under the name of Vaishali Securities.
I have serious concerns regarding the manner in which this loan has been processed and recovered, including the following:
1. Excessive interest and charges: I believe the interest, fees and/or other charges being demanded are disproportionately high and were not adequately disclosed to me before the transaction.
2. Lack of transparent documentation: I request complete copies of the loan agreement, sanction letter, Key Fact Statement (KFS), statement of account, interest calculation, processing fees, penalties and all other charges applicable to my account.
3. Harassment and recovery practices: I have been subjected to repeated calls/messages and pressure regarding repayment. I request that all recovery communication be conducted strictly in accordance with applicable RBI regulations and without intimidation, threats, abusive language, or contact with unrelated third parties.
4. Disputed auto-debit: An amount of ₹10,800 is scheduled/being presented for debit from my IndusInd Bank account. I dispute the manner and/or amount of this recovery and request that no further unauthorised or disputed debit be initiated until my complaint is properly investigated.
5. Complete account reconciliation: Please provide a complete written calculation showing the principal amount actually disbursed to me, the total amount already paid, interest charged, GST/taxes, processing fees, penalties and the exact outstanding principal and interest.
I request Vaishali Securities to:
- Immediately investigate my complaint.
- Provide all loan and mandate-related documents.
- Provide the complete statement of account and calculation of the amount claimed.
- Review and reverse any excessive, undisclosed or incorrectly levied charges, wherever applicable.
- Stop any harassment or inappropriate recovery practices.
- Stop contacting my friends, relatives or other third parties regarding my loan.
- Confirm in writing the status of any NACH/ECS/UPI mandate associated with this loan.
- Provide a written response to this complaint within the applicable grievance-redressal timeline.
I reserve my right to escalate this matter to the RBI Ombudsman/appropriate regulatory authorities, consumer authorities and law-enforcement/cybercrime authorities if the matter is not resolved appropriately or if unlawful recovery practices continue.
Please treat this as a formal grievance and provide me with a complaint/reference number and written acknowledgement.
