Urgent resolution required on escalation of order issue from flipcart

Sea Flipcart Team,
I am writing to formally request a prompt satisfactory resolution regarding my recent order LG AI Smart HD LED 32 inch TV with order ID OD437515737920645100 on 9.5.2026. I bought this TV at my hometown for my elderly parents. The delivery of the product was delayed by Flipcart team and the product got delivered on 21.05.2026. Further, the technician also reached late for installation of TV on 26.05.2026 and while unboxing the TV during the installation process, he found the product is damaged. Immediately, the return request was created on 26.05.2026 and the last date to pick up the product as shown by Flipcart team was 29.05.2026. We waited till the end of timeline given by Flipcart, but nobody came to collect the damaged product. Since then I have been trying to reach out to the team Flipcart for issue resolution, but no response. Every day during the follow up, customer care team is asking us to wait for 24 hours.
Hence, this request is submitted advising team Flipcart for arranging to pick up the product within 12 hours from this time and process the refund as my elderly parents have to return to my Mumbai and there will be no one to give back the product. The concern was also raised to Flipcart customer care team during several discussions but in vein.
I paid this amount by credit card and the payment is due on 02.06.2026. Hence, I request to escalate this matter to top most team of Flipcart and help me getting the refund processed. The matter to be treated on utmost urgency.
I trust Flipcart team will handle this matter professionally and ensure to resolve the issue to avoid further inconvenience.
