I am writing to escalate an unresolved issue regarding the return and refund of shoes purchased under Order Number [1278917 38521357966101]. The product was returned to the Myntra delivery person as per the instructions, but the return status has not been updated in the app, and I have continued receiving calls to return the item.
I have raised multiple complaints, but Myntra has closed all tickets without resolution. I also attempted to address this issue via Myntra’s Twitter, but I have not received any substantive follow-up. It has now been over a month, and the matter remains unresolved.
I kindly request that you process the return and refund immediately, as per your return policy. Please provide a clear update on the status of my request and i need my refund.
