Dear Flipkart Team,
I placed an order on 3 May 2026 for two Lloyd ACs through Flipkart — one 2 Ton AC and one 1.5 Ton AC — for my elderly parents whose health condition is not good. The doctor advised us to keep them in a comfortable and cool environment because of the extreme summer heat. Keeping this in mind, I spent my parents’ hard-earned savings and trusted Flipkart as a reliable platform for a smooth purchase and service experience.
As per the order schedule, the delivery was supposed to happen on 7 May and 9 May, but the delivery boy marked fake delivery attempts without actually delivering the products. Due to this, I personally traveled around 80 kilometers to the Satellite Hub to collect the ACs myself and additionally paid around ₹2000 for transportation.
After that, the installation technician also charged me installation fees, even though Flipkart had informed me that installation would be free.
Unfortunately, after installation, one of the ACs was found to have damaged internal parts and water leakage issues. I immediately raised a replacement request. First, I was given a replacement date of 16 May, then it was changed to 18 May, then 20 May, and later 22 May. Every time, I was promised that a technician would visit and the replacement would be completed, but nobody came and no action was taken.
Today is 26 May, and even after making full payment, my parents are still suffering in this extreme summer season without a proper working AC. For almost one month, we have been mentally stressed and continuously troubled by repeated delays and false promises.
I humbly request Flipkart and the customer care team to please resolve this issue urgently and arrange the AC replacement as soon as possible. I also request that the uninstallation of the damaged AC and installation of the replacement AC be completed on the same day to avoid further inconvenience to my elderly parents.
Please treat this matter as extremely urgent and provide immediate support.
