I am writing to follow up on my request for a replacement of a defective Bosch Airfryer that I had raised earlier. Purchased from Flipkart.

I received a defective Airfryer which is not working properly also occured crack in side panel. In the above order. As per Flipkart’s policy, I initiated a replacement request on [8-05-2026]. The replacement was approved by seller and a new Airfryer was supposed to be delivered by [11-052026].
However, I have still not received the replacement till today (17-05-2026]). The tracking status shows product is in pune city on 11th may 26, still not delivered . Daily updates shows product yet to be reach nearest hub. I have been following up regularly daily but the issue remains unresolved.
This is causing me significant inconvenience as I am unable to use the product I paid for.
I kindly request you to:
Immediately investigate the status of the replacement.
Ensure the replacement Airfryer is delivered at the earliest (preferably within the next 2-3 days).
OR
If replacement is not possible, process a full refund to my original payment method.
Please treat this as urgent. I have attached the following documents for your reference:
