Dear Flipkart Support Team,
I am writing regarding Order ID OD338377453983346100, which is showing as “Delivered,” but I have not received the parcel.
The delivery executive called me in the afternoon and asked for the OTP. Since I live inside a cantonment where outsiders are not permitted to enter, I shared the OTP as I was expecting the delivery at the gate.
However, when I reached Dogra Gate, there was no parcel. I also checked with the staff there, and they confirmed that no delivery executive had come to the gate to deliver my parcel. I have also been informed that multiple parcels are currently missing.
I received the delivery SMS in the afternoon, followed by an email around 18:52 stating that the order had been delivered. However, the parcel has not been handed over to me.
Please urgently investigate this matter, trace the parcel, and provide me with the contact details of the delivery executive who marked the order as delivered. I also request you to confirm where, when, and to whom the parcel was handed over.
Please treat this as an urgent delivery dispute and resolve it at the earliest.
