The promised delivery date was not met. Despite the product being shown as "Out for Delivery" every day, no delivery has been made till date.
I contacted Flipkart Customer Care 2-3 times. Each time I was assured delivery within 24 hours, but no action was taken. No delivery agent was assigned and no calls were received.
