I am writing to report a fraudulent Cash on Delivery (COD) shipment that I received today, which I never ordered.
The courier partner delivered a package from Shopsy demanding a Pay on Delivery amount of ₹849. Believing it might have been ordered by a family member, the amount was paid. However, upon opening the box, I found a cheap toy worth no more than ₹100—an item I have absolutely no record of purchasing.
This appears to be a "brushing scam" or a fraudulent dispatch using my contact details.
Here are the details of the incident:
I request you to look into this urgently, track down the seller who dispatched this unauthorized package, and initiate a full refund of ₹849 for this fraudulent transaction. I have attached photos of the shipping label and the item received for your reference.
