I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved refund issue regarding my cancelled flight booking made through MakeMyTrip, operated by SpiceJet. Despite more than 30 days passing since the cancellation, the refund has still not been credited to my account.

Date of Cancellation: 30th June, 2026
Refund Amount Expected: INR 5,807 and INR 6,416
As per standard industry guidelines and consumer protection norms, refunds for cancelled or disrupted flights are expected to be processed well within this timeframe. Waiting over 30 days without any credit or concrete update is causing significant inconvenience.
I kindly request you to look into this matter immediately, process the refund to my original mode of payment, and provide the transaction reference number at the earliest.
