I ASHISH SINGH residing at D-4 Ganpati Dham Phase-3, Raja Garden Haridwar-247663, would like to lodge a formal complaint against Jeeves Consumer Services (provider of extended warranty/insurance) for failing to repair my Thomson TV for the last three months, despite multiple complaints and follow-ups.
I purchased a Thomson TV from Flipkart on 25-02-2023, along with a Jeeves Extended Warranty/Protection Plan. My TV developed a malfunction on 02-09-2025, after which I immediately raised a service request with Jeeves.
Details of the Issue: Lines on screen and after some time its shutdown itself with loud voice

- Deficiency in service
- Unfair trade practice
- Failure to fulfill warranty/insurance obligations
- Repair or replace my Thomson TV immediately, or
- Refund the product cost along with the amount paid for the protection plan, and
- Provide compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and excessive delay caused.
