I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding my recent order placed on Amazon.
I ordered a Voltas 1.5 Ton AC on 27th April 2026 under the name Vinay Pradhan (Registered Mobile No: 9758135522). As per the commitment, the delivery was scheduled for 1st May 2026 (Tracking ID: 451408457369).
However, since the expected delivery date, I have been continuously following up with your customer care team. Each time, I was assured that the product would be delivered “by tomorrow,” but no delivery was made.
Subsequently, I was shocked to see the status updated as “Item rejected by you – returning to seller,” which is completely incorrect, as we never rejected the product.
Further, on 3rd April, your customer care team and their manager informed us that the product would not be delivered due to internal issues, without providing any clear explanation. Based on this, we agreed to cancel the order and requested a refund of approximately ₹29,000.
To our utter surprise, the order status has now been updated as “Delivered,” without any actual delivery, OTP confirmation, or even a call from the delivery executive. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns.
I would like to highlight the following:
We do not wish to proceed with this order anymore and expect a prompt resolution. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further to higher authorities and consumer forums.
