I am writing to formally register my strong dissatisfaction regarding a sudden vertical green line that appeared on my Samsung smartphone display, and the subsequent denial of a free repair.
My premium device has been maintained in pristine condition with absolutely no physical or liquid damage. The green line appeared immediately following a routine system software update, which clearly indicates a manufacturing or software-induced hardware failure rather than user neglect.
The "Green Line" issue is a widely documented, globally acknowledged engineering defect inherent to Samsung’s AMOLED display panels. Denying a remedy based strictly on standard warranty timelines is unfair, as a consumer cannot be held financially liable for a known systemic product vulnerability.
I request Samsung to review my case as a gesture of goodwill and arrange for a free-of-cost display panel replacement. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter amicably.
