I ordered loose green whole moong, as clearly shown in the product listing/picture, but I received yellow moong instead.
I contacted customer support and requested a return and refund. However, I was informed that the item is non-returnable and that only a replacement can be provided. I agreed to the replacement, but I was given a timeline until 15 August, which is unreasonable when the incorrect product was delivered due to an issue at JioMart's end.
As a customer, I should not have to bear the inconvenience or wait several days for an error that was not caused by me. I am also concerned about what happens if the replacement is delayed again or another issue is raised at that time.
Today again I reached out to customer support of jio mart and they informed that now the replacement will be done on 17th of Aug and they closed the previous request as well without resolving the issue . Now they created new case no. Again for the same issues. I request you to please look into this on high priority , take severe action and arrange the correct product/replacement at the earliest, preferably today.
