I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding my Jio AirFiber connection, which has not been working properly for the past one month.

The internet connection is extremely unstable and frequently disconnects, causing significant disruption to my daily activities. Despite contacting customer care multiple times, I have been unable to register a formal complaint. Whenever I call, I only receive an automated response stating that the issue is being worked on, but there has been no resolution so far.

This issue is having a very high impact on my work and personal commitments. As I am unable to officially log a complaint through customer care, I have no other option but to escalate the matter through this email.

I request that you:

  • Register a complaint for my connection immediately.
  • Investigate the root cause of the issue.
  • Provide a permanent resolution at the earliest.
  • Share the complaint/ticket number and expected resolution details.
The prolonged outage and lack of support have been extremely disappointing, and I expect urgent attention to this matter.
